As Audit Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the audit function, providing technical expertise, and acting as the Responsible Individual (RI) for a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from SMEs to large, complex groups. Responsibilities:
Acting as Responsible Individual (RI) for a diverse client portfolio.
Leading the firm’s audit function and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-level technical and strategic advice.
Driving growth of the audit practice, identifying new business opportunities.
Leading, mentoring, and developing the audit team to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ambition to contribute to the long-term strategy and success of the firm.
