Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the delivery of audit services to a varied portfolio of clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and insight
Play a key role in business development and the growth of the firm’s audit offering
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards
Mentor, support and lead a high-performing audit team
Contribute to the strategic direction and decision-making of the firm
Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant experience in a senior audit role, ideally at Director or Partner level
Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship skills
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
