As Business Services Manager, you will work closely with Partners and senior management, overseeing the preparation of accounts, management reporting, and business advisory work for a broad range of clients, from SMEs to larger corporate entities. Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and offering guidance and support
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities for business development and service improvements
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing and developing junior team members
