As Audit Senior Manager (NFP), you will take ownership of a substantial portfolio, oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion, and play a key role in business development and team leadership. You will work closely with Partners, contribute to strategic growth initiatives, and mentor a talented audit team. Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of Not-for-Profit audit clients including charities and academies
Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and Charity SORP
Reviewing audit files and supervising junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Supporting Partners with business development and growth of the NFP service line
Ensuring audits are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified
Extensive audit experience within the Not-for-Profit sector
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and Charity SORP
Proven leadership and team management skills
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
