Key Responsibilities
Managing a diverse portfolio of audit assignments
Leading and mentoring audit teams, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
Acting as the key point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships
Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance where necessary
Supporting partners in business development and client proposals

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least seven years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading audit engagements
