Responsibilities:

Manage and lead audit engagements from planning through to completion

Oversee a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to audit teams

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service delivery

Identify and implement process improvements within the audit function

Collaborate with Partners on business development and client growth opportunities

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

Proven experience managing audit assignments and teams within practice

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards

Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
