As Audit Senior, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. Working closely with managers and partners, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, whilst taking an active role in coaching and developing junior members of the team. Key Responsibilities
Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied portfolio of clients
Preparing and reviewing audit files, ensuring work is completed to the highest technical standards
Supervising, coaching, and providing feedback to junior members of the audit team on assignments
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout the audit process
Identifying and communicating key audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients and managers
Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and ensuring compliance across all assignments

Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience leading audit assignments and managing junior team members effectively
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
