As an Audit Senior, you will play a central role in the delivery of audit engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with both clients and colleagues. You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of your assignments, mentor junior members of the team, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice. Responsibilities:

Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
Mentoring and supervising junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Liaising with managers and partners on assignment progress and technical matters
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and add value to client engagements


Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing completion of qualification
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing or leading audit assignments end-to-end
Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team
