Salary: £34,000 - £46,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing support and training
Reviewing the work of junior staff and ensuring compliance with audit and accounting standards
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing a high-quality service
Reporting directly to Managers and Partners, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience)
At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines
