As an Audit Senior, you will play a central role in the delivery of audit and assurance engagements, taking ownership of assignments from planning through to completion while working closely with managers and partners.

Responsibilities

Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team, reviewing their work and supporting their development
Liaising directly with clients to build strong working relationships and address queries in a professional and timely manner
Reporting findings and presenting recommendations to managers and partners

Requirements

ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a solid grounding in audit and accounts
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS with the ability to handle complex assignments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage client relationships
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the drive to progress within a supportive and ambitious firm
