Responsibilities

Leading audit engagements from planning through to completion, managing a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors
Reviewing the work of junior team members, providing coaching and constructive feedback to support their development
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the audit process
Contributing to the overall growth and development of the audit department, including involvement in business development activities
Assisting senior management with the preparation of reports and presenting findings to clients in a clear and professional manner

Requirements

ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong academic and technical background
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience at Audit Senior or Assistant Manager level, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and colleagues at all levels
A proactive and driven approach to work, with a genuine commitment to delivering excellence
