Key Responsibilities
Managing and growing a portfolio of clients
Delivering complex personal tax compliance and advisory work
Leading, mentoring, and developing the private client tax team
Driving business development and contributing to firm-wide growth
Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified
At least eight years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates
Proven team leadership skills at a senior level
Strong business development and client relationship experience
