Description

Sitting within one of the most commercially active corridors in the South East, this Audit Senior opportunity with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Camberley offers a varied and interesting client base, a well-structured and supportive team, and a firm that takes the development and progression of its people seriously, with flexible working, a company pension, and much more on offer.

Crowe Watson Recruitment has a strong and well-established presence across the Surrey and wider South East accountancy market, and the team brings a genuine understanding of the regional audit landscape to every search it undertakes. Candidates who work with Crowe Watson consistently highlight the quality of the advice they receive and the care taken to ensure that any opportunity presented is genuinely the right fit, not just on paper but in terms of culture, team, and longer term career trajectory. That considered and personal approach is what sets Crowe Watson apart in this market.

As Audit Senior, you will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied and technically interesting portfolio of clients, building direct client relationships and playing an active role in the development of the junior members of the team around you. The firm’s proximity to London and the wider M3 corridor means the commercial environment is fast-paced and ambitious, and the client base reflects that well, offering genuine breadth across sectors and business sizes that will keep the work consistently engaging. There is a clear and realistic pathway to assistant manager level for someone who is ready to take on greater responsibility and demonstrate what they are capable of, within a team that is technically strong, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
