We are seeking a caring, patient full-time Autism School Support Assistant to join a trusted special school in Taunton. You’ll support children and young people—from primary through secondary age—with SEMH needs, autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs.

The role:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
• Pay rate: £13.70 per hour
• Start: ASAP, with permanent contract following a 16-week settling-in period
• Supporting pupils in specialist classes, helping them engage with their education and benefit from tailored lessons and therapies
• May include personal care, depending on each pupil’s needs
