Behaviour Mentor – Primary School
Location: Keynsham, BS31
Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £14.25 per hour
Working pattern: Full-time and part-time available
Do you have a natural ability to connect with children and help them overcome challenges?
A primary school in the Keynsham area is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need additional help with behaviour, confidence, emotional regulation and engagement.
This is a hands-on role where you'll build relationships with pupils and help them develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom.
What you'll be doing
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils
• Helping children manage emotions and behaviour
• Supporting positive classroom engagement
• Encouraging confidence and independence
• Supporting children during transitions and less structured periods
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

You don't need to have worked as a Behaviour Mentor before. Personality, consistency and the ability to build positive relationships are key.
