Vacancy: Branch Assistant

Overview:
Our client, a well-established electrical wholesaler based in Ealing, is seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and excellent teamwork skills, to join their team as a Branch Assistant.
This role will include: internal sales, trade counter sales and warehouse duties.

• Negotiable salary (DOE)

Responsibilities:
• Serving trade and retail customers at the counter in a professional and helpful manner
• Answering phone enquiries and taking customer orders
• Liaising with customers via phone regarding orders, pricing, quotations
• Creating, sending and following up on quotes
• Receiving, checking, and booking in electrical goods
• Assisting with picking, packing, and preparing customer and branch orders accurately
Skills & Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience
• Team player
• Good work ethic
• Ability to prioritise tasks during busy periods
• Able to work two Saturday mornings per month, 8am - 12pm (paid overtime)
