Vacancy – Branch Assistant / Internal Sales
Industry - Electrical Wholesale
Location – Biggleswade area, Bedfordshire
Working hours Monday to Friday (7am to 4pm OR 7.30am to 4.30pm OR 8am to 5pm) - with Saturday mornings on a rota
Salary - up to circa £32,500 neg depending on experience + Bonuses

The Role
• Serving customers at the trade counter
• Taking customer orders and quotes
• Handling enquiries
• Administration duties, producing quotes and invoices
• To ensure any complaints or issues raised by customers are quickly resolved
• Dealing with any telephone queries effectively and communicating with customers and colleague
• Other sales / customer service related duties as required.
• Assisting with picking and packing items for dispatch
• Loading the van for deliveries
• Able to carry out stock checks
• General warehouse duties
The Person
• Experience of working in the Electrical wholesale industry or similar trade sales environment with electrical product knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office)
• A hard-working team player with a flexible and helpful attitude
• Friendly, articulate, customer focused
