Kingscroft has been asked to recruit for a Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor to help service the ongoing demand for Building Surveys and the linked Projects that follow. As the ideal candidate you can be formally qualified , QBE or a graduate working towards your next phase. You will be confident of working independently on a range of Laser Scanning Surveys , Building Surveys, Acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations, Contract administrations and Building Defect reports.

Your role will involve:


• Building Surveying, Acquisition Surveys.
• Design new build and refurbishment projects.
• Contract administrations
• Dilapidations, and Building Defect reports.
• Project Management
