As part of our small, friendly, and supportive team, you will play a key role in assisting the team to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Overview:
A varied and dynamic position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for supporting key recruitment operations, maintaining high-quality data, and ensuring seamless candidate and client interactions.
Typical week:
-Customer service
-Data entry & analysis
-Maintain & update CRM system
-Create engaging LinkedIn content
-Lead & support internal projects
You'll need:
-Previous office experience
-Strong IT & organisational skills
-Excellent written & verbal communication
-A proactive, problem-solving mindset
-A reliable, hardworking & eager-to-learn attitude
You will receive a holistic induction and training to support your transition into the role and sector.
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increases 1 day per year to 30), birthday leave (1 day), xmas shut down (3-4 days), flexible working (40% homebased), monthly lunch club, quarterly socials, relaxed dress code.
