Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
Review accounts and management information prepared by junior staff
Provide mentoring and technical support to less experienced team members
Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships
Support partners with business development and client onboarding
Requirements
ACA or ACCA qualified, or QBE with relevant experience
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and current accounting standards
Proven experience managing and reviewing the work of junior staff
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
