Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality business services and advice
Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff members
Oversee the preparation of accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
Maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive support and guidance
Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage a varied client portfolio effectively
