Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and financial statements
Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Assisting with business development and identifying growth opportunities
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
Proven experience managing a client portfolio
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
