Key Responsibilities
Oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring delivery of accurate and timely accounts and compliance services
Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members
Review statutory and management accounts, VAT, and tax computations
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser
Identify opportunities for process improvements and added-value services
Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives and workflow planning
Requirements
Professional qualification (ACCA/ICAS)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
