Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services
Review and prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax returns
Lead and support a team of accountants, assisting with training and development
Provide proactive advice to clients on business and financial matters
Support partners with business development and client management

Requirements
ACA/ACCA qualified
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
Proven ability to manage a portfolio and supervise junior staff
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
