As a Business Services Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax, and advisory services while leading and mentoring a team. Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Reviewing accounts, tax returns, and financial statements
Leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying opportunities for business development and growth
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of accounts and tax
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
