You will work closely with a diverse and growing portfolio of business clients, delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services while playing a key role in the continued development of the wider team. Responsibilities:

Managing and developing a portfolio of business services clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all accountancy and advisory matters
Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial reports
Providing proactive business advisory services, including tax planning and strategic financial guidance
Supporting the mentoring, coaching, and development of junior team members
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive retention and identify opportunities for service growth
Collaborating with partners and senior leadership on business development initiatives
Ensuring all work is delivered in line with current regulatory and compliance requirements


Requirements:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Demonstrable experience managing a varied portfolio of business services clients
Strong technical knowledge across accounts preparation, tax, and advisory services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
A proactive, commercially minded approach with a genuine desire to contribute to the firm's growth
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Proficiency with accountancy software and cloud-based accounting platforms
