Responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio of business services clients, ensuring high standards of client care
Review accounts, tax computations, and management information prepared by junior staff
Support the development and mentoring of junior team members
Contribute to business development and identifying opportunities within the existing client base
Liaise directly with clients on a range of accounting and advisory matters
Requirements
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with significant post qualification experience
Proven experience managing a portfolio and supervising junior staff
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and current accounting standards
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
