Our client is looking for someone to join their hardworking carnet team who are responsible for managing and overseeing the issuing, processing, and tracking of ATA Carnets, (international customs documents used for temporary importation of goods)
Duties will include -
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of carnet applications this will include logging, returning, tracking claims and posting carnets to customers.
Provide guidance to clients and colleagues on carnet regulations and requirements.
Follow our existing processes on maintaining accurate records by keeping our carnet logs up to
date.
Jointly monitor the carnet inbox.
Liaise with the chambers to resolve any issues
When required, dropping carnets off at the post office
In addition to the primary carnet duties there are addition tasks to perform as part of the role such as, meeting and greeting clients and helping to organise company socials.
Candidate would require
Good Telephone Manner
Excellent computer MS Excel & Ms Outlook) & communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong Office Admin experience
Strong time management skills
Out Going personality
Team Player
Knowledge of international trade regulations & carnets process is an advantage
Hours Mon - Fri 0900 - 1730
