Pay: £90.00 - £100.00 per day
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential? We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Classroom Support Assistants to join welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Stockport.
About the Role
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment for pupils across EYFS and KS1/KS2.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Supporting pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
• Helping to prepare learning materials and resources
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
• Experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work or relevant care settings)
• A patient, caring and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting education
• SEN experience is desirable but not essential
