We have been instructed on a Client Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a highly progressive firm of Chartered Accountants in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Perfect for an ACA or ACCA Qualified (PQ or MAAT also considered) individual working in practice looking for continued professional development, an excellent work/ life balance, and lots of flexibility.
You will manage all aspects of your own diverse portfolio of clients from a range of sectors, providing accounts and tax services and building strong client relationships.

The Role:
Managing all aspects of the client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
Preparation of year-end statutory accounts
Management accounts preparation
Preparation of Tax compliance
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Dealing with HMRC and other third parties
Training junior staff and reviewing their work
Assisting with other ad hoc advisory assignments
Business development

You:
ACA/ ACCA Qualified (ideally)
ACA/ ACCA Part Qualified or MAAT also considered
Experience of managing a client portfolio (ideally)
Strong accounts and tax compliance experience
Background in accountancy practice
Good communication skills
