Key Responsibilities
• Product Administration: Manage the daily lifecycle of a diverse portfolio of unit-linked life assurance, retirement, and savings products.
• Client Relationship Support: Act as a dependable point of contact for routine client and adviser inquiries, ensuring accurate service delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all administrative documentation and processes adhere strictly to internal controls and Guernsey financial services regulations.
• Data Management: Maintain precise records, update client portfolios, and assist with routine reporting requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
• Prior Experience: Proven administrative experience, ideally gained within a life insurance, fiduciary, or similar regulated financial services environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong organizational skills with the ability to learn complex product and regulatory structures.
• Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
