Axcis is looking for experienced LSAs to work at a specialist college based in Acton, West London.
The college is currently looking for a learning support assistant to join their team. You will be supporting students aged 16-19 years, who may have various mild SEND needs.
Students who attend this college would study or be interested in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dog Grooming, Animal Care, Saddlery, Floristry, Garden Design, Conservation and much more. Therefore, the successful applicant would need to enjoy working in the outdoors or amongst animals.
Preferably you will have experience in this field or have worked in a college before.
Hours: Monday- Friday (3 or 5 days), 9am-4:30pm (1 hr unpaid lunch)
Pay: £14.25 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: September 2026
The college is accessible via public transport. The nearest station is Acton Town or South Ealing.
