A new role for a Commercial Co-ordinator has arisen for our established client based in Heathrow surrounding areas.

Role duties would include :-
To support the company UK branches with the Auto rating / Rate control system and maintain the internal database via Cargowise system
Ensuring automation is working correctly and Schedules and rates are being created in a timely manner
Supporting other commercial activities including
Gateway product
Procurement
Generating rate cards / Customer Proposals
Speaking with carriers and meeting suppliers
Freight quotations Imports/ Exports Air Ocean Road

Understanding Freight forwarding operations and freight quotations experience is required
Computer literacy Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint
