Our client, a well-established construction specialist with a strong portfolio in commercial and infrastructure projects, is looking to appoint a Concrete Supervisor to bolster their experienced delivery team. This role provides the opportunity to oversee high-profile works and ensure top-quality concrete operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise concrete pours and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site operatives
- Monitor quality and consistency of materials and workmanship
- Manage plant, labour, and subcontractors for efficient site operations
- Keep detailed records of progress, inspections, and compliance reports
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in concrete supervision within the construction industry
- Strong working knowledge of concreting processes, formwork, and finishing
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Certification in construction or relevant NVQ (or demonstrable experience), CSCS/SMSTS/SSSTS
- Willingness to work away from home—expenses will be covered
