M&E Construction Manager – Major Project

MEP Technical Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to join a major international engineering contractor delivering a landmark construction project in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business involved in the delivery of a high-profile, technically challenging M&E project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the M&E engineering team, coordinating design, installation and project delivery while ensuring programme, quality and commercial targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages
Lead engineering teams and subcontractors
Coordinate design, BIM, installation and commissioning activities
Review drawings, technical submissions and specifications
Manage programme, cost, quality and project documentation
Liaise with consultants, clients and construction teams
Ensure works are delivered safely and to specification

Requirements:

Mechanical or Electrical background
Experience delivering large scale commercial projects
Strong M&E coordination experience
Previous experience managing engineers/site teams
Knowledge of BIM/Revit/Navisworks advantageous
Excellent communication and leadership skills
