Our client, a leading global offshore legal and fiduciary services firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Business Development Assistant to join their ambitious team. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract running until the end of 2026. Key Responsibilities
• Event Coordination: Assist in the delivery, operations, and logistics of external events that support marketing initiatives.
• BD Plans & Campaigns: Support the implementation of strategic business development and marketing plans across the business.
• Directory Submissions: Assist with the preparation and delivery of key legal directory submissions.
• Trip & Pitch Support: Support lawyers with preparation for business development trips, execute post-trip follow-ups, and assist with pitching initiatives.
• CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to accurately capture, process, and report on client, intermediary, and business development data.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the wider global marketing department to coordinate activities and ensure cohesive communication.
About You
• Relevant Experience: You possess a solid working knowledge of business development activities, marketing principles, and event organization.
• Tech Savvy: You are highly proficient in main Microsoft Office applications; prior experience with CRM systems is a distinct advantage.
• Project Management: You have strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Communication Skills: You are a proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, capable of building strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
