Our client is a regulated financial services business with an immediate requirement for an experienced Entity Reviewer to join its team on a contract basis.

Role
The successful candidate will undertake periodic entity reviews, ensuring that fiduciary and compliance records are accurate, complete and in line with regulatory requirements. This is an initial three-month contract with the possibility of an extension.

Key responsibilities
• Undertake periodic reviews of client entities.
• Review fiduciary, compliance and supporting documentation.
• Identify missing, outdated or inconsistent information.
• Complete remediation and follow-up work as required.
• Manage review deadlines and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate material issues appropriately.

Person specification
• A minimum of five years’ experience undertaking periodic reviews.
• Strong fiduciary and compliance experience.
• A sound understanding of trust and corporate structures.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC and CDD documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.
• Availability on immediate or short notice.
