A well-established fiduciary services provider is seeking a Remediation Specialist to join its Private Client Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of the Private Client Team, this role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-profile remediation projects within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Conducting in-depth reviews of client files, including source of wealth and source of funds analysis.
• Performing risk assessments and ensuring accurate updates within systems such as Viewpoint.
• Supporting the completion of remediation cases, including potential client closures.
• Liaising with relationship managers, trustees, and compliance teams to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Documenting remediation actions and maintaining accurate records.

About You
• Extensive knowledge of trust structures and regulatory requirements is essential.
• 3–5 years’ experience in trust/corporate administration or compliance.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, FATCA/CRS, sanctions screening, and local regulatory frameworks (GFSC/JFSC/FSC).
• Proficiency in systems such as Viewpoint, Excel, and CRM databases.
• Relevant qualifications such as ICA, STEP, or ICSA/CGI are advantageous.
• Ability to apply sound judgment, manage remediation cases independently, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Details
• Contract: 6-month FTC
• Hours: Full-time
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: Flexible, aligned to Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager level (non-people management role).
