They are looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate & Commercial Associate to their thriving team in Guernsey. The successful candidate will manage a sophisticated, cross-border workload, advising established global fiduciaries, corporate service providers, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). Responsibilities include advising on high-value M&A, complex corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and drafting premium commercial contracts. The role also provides structured involvement in business development initiatives and the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements
• Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, or a relevant Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) within a respected onshore or offshore corporate law practice.
• Technical Expertise: A proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, and commercial advisory work.
• Attributes: Strong commercial acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to integrating into the local Guernsey business and island community.
