As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. You’ll work closely with senior managers and partners, providing support on complex tax issues and assisting in the development of junior team members. The role offers a varied workload with excellent exposure to tax planning, restructuring, and advisory projects for a broad client base.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance and advisory services are delivered to a high standard
Support the delivery of tax planning and restructuring projects
Review corporation tax computations and returns
Liaise with clients, HMRC, and internal teams as required
Assist in mentoring and developing junior staff
Keep up to date with UK tax legislation and developments

Requirements
ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (desirable)
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client relationships
Excellent communication and organisational skills
