As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will work closely with managers and partners to deliver a comprehensive range of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a varied and stimulating portfolio of clients, whilst taking on increasing responsibility for client relationships and the mentoring of junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a varied client portfolio
Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and computations to a high standard
Advising on corporation tax, group structures, and reorganisations under the guidance of senior staff
Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
Identifying tax planning opportunities and communicating recommendations clearly to clients and partners
Supervising and mentoring junior members of the corporate tax team
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid corporate tax background gained within practice
At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a range of clients
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing manner
A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine ambition to progress
