As Corporate Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the firm’s corporate tax offering, leading a high-performing team, and overseeing a prestigious and complex client portfolio whilst working closely with partners to drive the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities
Leading the delivery of complex corporate tax advisory and compliance services
Advising on M&A, group restructuring, and strategic tax planning matters
Driving business development activity and converting new client relationships
Building and maintaining director-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing corporate tax team
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with an outstanding corporate tax background
At least seven years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven track record at senior manager or director level in complex corporate tax advisory
Exceptional technical knowledge across M&A, group structures, and international tax
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage at board and partner level
A strong personal network and a proven business development track record
