As Corporate Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s corporate tax offering, leading complex advisory work, and supporting the continued growth of the practice. Working closely with Partners and senior stakeholders, you will advise a diverse portfolio of UK clients while mentoring and developing a high-performing tax team. This role offers genuine influence, autonomy, and long-term career prospects within a progressive accountancy practice.

Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Corporate Tax function within the Birmingham office
Provide high-level corporate tax advisory services to a varied UK client base
Manage and review complex tax computations and reports
Support business development and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction
Mentor, develop, and manage senior members of the tax team
Requirements
ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax
Proven experience operating at a senior manager or director level
Excellent communication and leadership skills
