Crowe Watson Recruitment, a trusted name in accountancy practice recruitment, known for connecting exceptional talent with outstanding firms, is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in their search for a driven and commercially minded tax professional. This is a firm that truly invests in its people and prides itself on delivering a first-class service to its clients. Benefits on offer include flexible working, a company pension, and much more!
At Director level, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s corporate tax offering, leading on complex advisory work and managing a diverse and high-value portfolio of clients. You will have the gravitas and technical depth to handle sophisticated corporate tax matters, from group restructuring and M&A transactions to R&D claims and international tax considerations. This is a role where your strategic thinking will be as important as your technical expertise, and where you will have genuine influence over the direction of the tax department. For those stepping up from Senior Manager level, this represents a genuine and clearly supported route to Director, with a firm that believes in developing its people from within.
Leeds is firmly established as one of the North’s most dynamic professional services markets, and this firm occupies a strong and respected position within it. If you are looking for a role that offers real autonomy, meaningful client relationships, and the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a growing firm, we strongly encourage you to apply. You might not meet all the criteria, but if you are passionate about developing yourself and your career, we’d love to hear from you.
