As Corporate Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading the corporate tax function, overseeing complex compliance work whilst providing strategic tax planning and advisory services. You will manage your own portfolio of clients, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and support the development of junior team members. Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring compliance deadlines are met
Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations
Providing corporate tax advisory services
Supporting business development activities and identifying new opportunities
Mentoring and developing junior members of the tax team
Liaising directly with HMRC on client matters
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients within an accountancy practice
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Commercially aware with a proactive approach
