As Corporate Tax Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of corporate clients, delivering compliance and advisory services to a consistently high standard whilst working closely with partners on more complex and strategically significant assignments. Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
Advising on corporation tax, group structures, reorganisations, and tax planning matters
Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
Developing and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships
Mentoring and supporting the development of junior members of the tax team
Contributing to business development activity and proposals
Requirements
CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained within practice
At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory work
Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to convey complex matters clearly
Commercially minded and proactive, with a genuine appetite to contribute to the growth of the firm
