Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson plans
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment in line with school behaviour policies
• Encourage pupil engagement and support students in completing their work
• Report on student behaviour and progress to teaching staff
• Support with general school duties to help ensure the smooth running of the day
Requirements:
• Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting (desirable but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
• Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A genuine interest in supporting the education and development of young people
