Axcis Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor for a secondary school in WA13 Cheshire. The ideal candidate will oversee classes during the absence of teachers, ensuring continuity in student learning.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement and deliver lesson plans and materials as provided by absent teachers.
- Maintain classroom order and discipline, utilising effective behaviour management strategies.
- Engage with students to promote a constructive learning environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- No Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.

**Salary:**
Up to £180/day based on experience and qualifications.
