Fully Qualified Crane Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and fully qualified Crane Supervisor to join our team on upcoming projects.

This is a key safety-critical role, and we are looking for someone who has a thorough understanding of crane operations, lifting procedures, and site safety requirements.

Essential Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Crane Supervisor card (essential).
All relevant and in-date competency cards and certifications required for the role.
Proven experience working as a Crane Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of lifting operations, lift plans, and current health and safety regulations.
Ability to supervise lifting activities safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with site procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all lifting operations in accordance with the approved lift plan.
Ensure lifting activities are carried out safely and in line with current legislation and best practice.
Coordinate with crane operators, slinger/signallers, site management, and other trades.
Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure all personnel involved understand their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor lifting operations and intervene where necessary to maintain the highest safety standards.
Ensure all lifting equipment is suitable, inspected, and used correctly.
