Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Our client is a leading telecommunications provider offering innovative digital and connectivity services across the islands. A new opportunity has arisen for a CRM Manager to support the performance and long-term value of their established customer base.
This position plays a key role in strengthening customer loyalty, improving retention, and identifying growth opportunities through data insight, commercial understanding and targeted engagement. Working collaboratively across the business, the CRM Manager will help shape deeper and more rewarding customer relationships, ensuring every interaction contributes to satisfaction and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer base performance with a focus on retention, churn reduction and value growth.
• Use analytics and insight to identify at-risk segments and develop proactive, data-led retention strategies.
• Deliver lifecycle journeys and personalised CRM activity that drive product adoption and multi-product engagement.
• Maintain effective segmentation frameworks and CRM automation tools within a complex data environment.
• Translate customer and commercial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
About You
• Experience in CRM, customer base management or retention marketing, ideally within telecoms, utilities or other subscription-led industries.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic actions.
• Skilled in CRM platforms and automation tools, with a strong understanding of lifecycle management and segmentation.
